What is the Be Easy Vocational Summer Camp?

The program works as a practical test of the profession. In 2 Intensive Weeks, young people participate in classes with professors from renowned institutions abroad, laboratory or studio activities, and/or technical visits to real companies. Unlike a summer recreation camp, the focus is Vocational Discovery And Solid Base for university applications.

The program caters to two profiles within the same age group:

• 9 to 12 years old: first international immersion, playful discovery of professional areas and full supervision.
• 13 to 17 years old: extensive vocational discovery, profile construction and portfolio for application to universities abroad.
• 18 to 24 years old: technical specialization, professional networking, and connections for undergraduate or graduate studies abroad.

The network combines two types of immersion for different profiles:

• Top global universities for broad vocational discovery: Cambridge, Oxford, and University College London in the United Kingdom, University of Toronto in Canada, UC Berkeley, and Columbia in the United States.

• Dedicated partners for specialization: Sapienza Roma for Aerospace, Politecnico Milano for Automotive Design, Dallara Academy for Race Engineering, National Mathematics and Science College for STEM and Oxbridge preparation, TED Summer School for leadership.

The program opens doors in other ecosystems such as Boston, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney. The choice between the axis of top universities and the axis of specialized partners comes from the initial interview with the senior consultant, considering the young person's age, learning profile, and purpose of university application or professional trajectory.

My son is 9 years old. Are you too young for a vocational summer camp?

No. The program serves 9 to 24 year olds, with a dedicated track for 9 to 12 years old. At this age, the focus is on expanding the repertoire, awakening interest in professional areas and building a first international reference, not closing a career decision.

Can the program help with applying to Oxford, Cambridge, or US universities? 

Yes. Enter the Common App and UCAS as a consistent international extracurricular activity, with the possibility of an academic recommendation letter issued by the partner at the end of the program. It does not replace official grades and mandatory tests, but it strengthens the application with proven practical experience.

How does the supervision of minors work during the program? 

Supervision is structured by age group. For children under 18, 24/7 supervision by the partner for 2 full weeks, including travel, meals, and off-campus activities. For 18 to 24 years old, there is institutional support with a direct support channel. Be Easy maintains active communication with the family or directly with the young person from boarding to returning, with periodic progress and well-being reports.

Can I choose 2 professional areas or just 1? 

The standard is 1 area per 2-week program, with real depth. Some partners make it possible to combine nearby areas, especially between STEM and Medicine, or in programs with parallel modules.

How long before summer camp do I need to start planning? 

Ideally between 6 and 9 months before the start. This deadline allows for the initial interview with the senior consultant, the choice of the vocational track and destination, the preparation of the motivation letter and transcript, the placement test in English, and the visa documentation.
