Brazilian teenagers can now train at the official AC Milan facilities through the ACM Experience Elite program, a unique opportunity that combines high-level soccer with personal development in the world's fashion capital. This summer camp goes beyond traditional sports, offering an innovative methodology that transforms young athletes into leaders on and off the field.

What makes the ACM Experience Elite program special

The ACM Experience Elite takes place at AC Milan's iconic Vismara training center, an exclusive location where only Elite program participants have access. There are 7 professional training camps, changing rooms, cafeteria, gym and relaxation areas that few clubs in Brazil are able to offer their athletes.

The program serves young people aged 13 to 16 in residential and day camps, with a special focus on boys and girls who have an intermediate level of English. Each participant receives the official AC Milan kit and has access to advanced technologies such as video analysis, GPS tracking, and personalized athletic tests.

For young people who dream of an international sporting career, this program serves as a bridge to future opportunities. Many participants later join sports exchange programs that can last for years, combining quality education with athletic development.

The MILAN methodology in action

The differential of the program lies in the MILAN (Milan Innovation Leadership Academy Network) methodology, which stimulates and generates new questions, values, projects and plans. It's not about teaching ready-made methods, but about developing the capacity to research, critically discuss, and apply knowledge in different contexts.

One of the fundamental criteria of this approach is “how to carry out the training” through updated methodology that aims to generate good capacity for human and educational relations. The main objective is to promote the general well-being of the young athlete while developing technical, tactical, physical, and social skills characteristic of soccer.

The integral development of children through sports practice requires analysis and planning skills that consider all the factors at play in the context of the Soccer School, in close connection with its territory. This philosophy aligns perfectly with broader educational programs, such as those offered in high school abroad, where young people develop autonomy and global vision.

How does the weekly routine work

The program is structured in six intensive days, each with a specific focus on athletic and personal development:

Monday marks the reception and initial assessment. Young people undergo registration, presentation of the camp, athletic tests, and technical analysis. The first training session focuses on ball control and dribbling, followed by specific work in 1-on-1 situations.

Tuesday focuses on development and competition. Intensive training uses GPS tracking while working on leadership in the field. Mental preparation sessions complement recovery and injury prevention techniques.

Wednesday is dedicated to advanced technique and tactics. Position-specific training is combined with individual technique sessions. Personalized video analysis provides detailed feedback on performance and progress.

Thursday focuses on optimization and final competition. Individual work with ACM technicians includes sessions dedicated to rehearsed plays. Mental coaching prepares athletes for competitive pressure.

Friday balances culture and relaxation. Excursions to historic sites and local dining experiences promote active recovery. Team bonding activities strengthen bonds between participants.

Saturday closes with a final tournament and celebration. Award ceremony recognizes individual progress, while encounters with AC Milan legends inspire future goals.

Elite infrastructure and accommodation

Participants stay at the Quark Hotel, a strategic location close to the training facilities. Double rooms with private bathrooms and three nutritionally balanced meals daily ensure adequate recovery after intensive training.

Transportation is included in the program, as are special excursions to the Casa Milan Museum and the city's sights. This cultural immersion complements sports development, offering a broad perspective on international life.

Young people interested in longer experiences may consider boarding school options, where they combine rigorous academic education with continuous sports development.

Technology and individual development

Each athlete receives personalized attention through individual coaching, camera recordings for subsequent analysis, and performance certificate at the end of the program. GPS technology tracks physical progress while video analysis identifies specific points of technical and tactical improvement.

Mental coaching sessions develop leadership and resistance to pressure, essential skills both in sports and in academic life. This holistic approach prepares young people for future challenges, whether in sports competitions or in international educational programs.

Networking and future opportunities

The program connects Brazilian youth with international athletes, creating a global network that can benefit their entire future career. Specialized coaches offer mentoring that goes beyond the four lines, including guidance on discipline, teamwork, and goal setting.

For families considering broader educational investments, this program serves as an excellent introduction to the international environment. Many participants later choose academic programs abroad, taking advantage of the confidence and maturity developed during the camp.
