Wake up to the Caribbean breeze, train soccer with the Real Madrid Foundation methodology and dive into crystal clear waters. This routine exists and takes place at King's College Summer Camp in Nassau, Bahamas. Between June and July, teenagers from 8 to 16 years old experience intense weeks of sports, English and tropical adventures in one of the most impressive destinations on the planet.

The program operates in the modern structure of King's College and the King's Beach Lodge, a beachfront house that welcomes residential participants. You choose the pace: spend the entire day on campus and return home in the evening (Day Camp) or stay overnight for a full immersion (Residential Camp). The difference lies in the intensity of the experience.

Soccer training with Real Madrid Foundation coach

Do you know that dream of training like European superstars? In the mornings of the camp, it materializes. Soccer training takes place in partnership with Real Madrid Foundation Clinics, which takes the methodology developed by the Merengue club directly to Nassau.

It's not just about playing ball. It's about learning the technical fundamentals, game tactics, and values that made Real Madrid one of the greatest teams in the world. Certified trainers work with small groups, a maximum of 12 participants per class. This configuration allows individual attention for each player, correcting movements, improving passes, and developing the game reading that separates amateurs from prepared athletes.

What you experience during training:

  • Positional training specific to each field function
  • Video analysis of the plays for technical evolution
  • Futsal matches working on agility in small spaces
  • Speed and agility training that strengthens the body
  • Tactical analysis sessions to think about the game strategically

For those who dream of pursuing a career in soccer or simply want to raise the technical level, this sports exchange program provides a solid foundation for athletic development. The experience works as a springboard for those who want to take the next step, whether competing in school leagues or seeking scholarships at international universities.

Diving and marine sustainability with Stuart Cove's

While mornings are dedicated to soccer, afternoons open up a range of possibilities. The most sought after option? Scuba diving with marine sustainability through a partnership with Stuart Cove's Dive School, one of the most respected operators in the Caribbean.

You don't just dive. Learn about marine ecosystems, coral reef conservation, and ocean sustainability while exploring historic shipwrecks and coral formations that look like underwater gardens. The program allows teenagers to achieve globally recognized international diving certifications, an impressive differential to include in the curriculum.

The waters of the Bahamas are crystal clear, with visibility up to 30 meters. You see sea turtles, stingrays, and hundreds of species of tropical fish swimming alongside you. It's not an Aquarius. It's the real ocean, with all its biodiversity preserved. For those who prefer land-based activities, there is tennis on professional courts and horse riding with experienced instructors.

Development of English in an international environment

Here's a difference that few camps offer: you practice English all the time, naturally. There's no formal grammar class. Language occurs in breakfast conversations, training instructions, pool games, and friendships formed between participants from different countries.

This language immersion works because you have to use English for everything. Do you want to order a meal? English. Combining a strategy in the field? English. Tell me about the incredible dive you took in the morning? English again.

Fluency grows without realizing it, through real situations that require authentic communication. Monitors are trained to facilitate this exchange, creating situations where teenagers of various nationalities collaborate on activities. Result: you return home not only with better English, but with friends scattered around the world and stories that will yield conversations for years to come.

Caribbean adventures that mark forever

The weekly tours transform the camp into a true Bahamian expedition. You sail speedboats to deserted islands, swim with famous pigs (yes, pigs that swim in the sea), explore caves hidden in jeep trails, and learn about the history of the pirates who ruled Nassau centuries ago.

The Pirates of Nassau Museum offers an immersive experience that recreates the golden age of piracy. You walk past replica pirate ships, see original artifacts, and understand how Nassau became the “Pirate Republic” in the early 18th century.

Excursions that are part of the program:

  • Power Boat Adventures to paradisiacal islands
  • Swim with the Bahamian famous swimming pigs
  • Atlantis Backstage Tour to meet dolphins and turtles
  • Baha Bay Waterpark with 15-meter water slides
  • Snorkel trails on preserved coral reefs
  • Cultural tours to Nassau's historic landmarks

Do you want adrenaline? The Baha Bay Waterpark has water slides that plummet from 15-meter towers and wave pools that simulate perfect beaches. Do you prefer exploration? The snorkel trails lead to reefs where you swim among schools of colorful fish that look like they came out of National Geographic documentaries.

Structure and security that give parents peace of mind

The King's Beach Lodge acts like a modern oceanfront home, with comfortable rooms, living areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep in touch with the family. Meals are prepared by professional chefs who work with fresh, local ingredients, always aware of allergies and dietary restrictions.

Supervision takes place 24 hours a day, with monitors trained in first aid and safety protocols. Transportation between the lodge and the campus is done in private vehicles with experienced drivers. Each tour has security teams that know the sites visited in depth.

Accident insurance is included in the program, although travel and personal health insurance is required for each participant. The medical team is standing by on campus, with established partnerships with local hospitals for any emergency. Parents receive regular reports on their children's progress, with photos and videos of the activities.

Flexibility to choose your experience

The camp operates in two main sessions: June 28 to July 11 and July 12 to 25, 2026. You can choose one or two weeks, setting up the schedule that best suits your vacation.

The modular structure allows each participant to design their own journey, selecting the morning and afternoon activities that interest the most. Do you want to focus only on soccer? It can. Do you prefer to divide between soccer in the morning and scuba diving in the afternoon? It also works. Interested in trying horseback riding and tennis? The options exist. The groups are divided by age group (Juniors and Seniors), ensuring that the activities are appropriate for the development of each one.
