Secure a vacancy in AC Milan Experience Elite 2026 requires advance planning. The program welcomes young athletes aged 8 to 16 from all over the world, and classes have limited capacity to maintain the quality of the individualized training that is the hallmark of the project.

Many families leave their registration until the last minute and miss the most convenient check-in dates. This article describes each step of the process, what to prepare in advance, and how Be Easy accompanies families all the way.

What is the AC Milan Experience Elite 2026 and who can participate?

The AC Milan Experience Elite is the Official summer program of the AC Milan Academy, carried out in partnership with the Sportech Academy. Aimed at boys and girls aged 8 to 16 with an English level B1 or higher, the program takes place at the Vismara Sports Center, the training facilities for the club's youth team.

The expected profile is that of a young person with a real interest in soccer and sports development, without requiring a professional competitive level. The proposal combines technical-tactical training, high-performance physical preparation, mental coaching and cultural activities.

What are the available dates for the summer of 2026?

The program offers four intakes with a choice of 1 or 2 weeks, in residential or daily mode:

Tabela de Intakes
Intake Programa diário (1 semana) Residencial (1 semana)
Intake 1 22 jun a 27 jul 21 jun a 27 jul
Intake 2 29 jun a 4 jul 28 jun a 4 jul
Intake 3 6 jul a 11 jul 5 jul a 11 jul
Intake 4 13 jul a 18 jul 12 jul a 18 jul

In residential mode, arrival is on Sunday and departure on Saturday. On a daily basis, from Monday to Saturday. It is possible to combine two consecutive intakes for a two-week experience.

The choice of date depends on your child's school calendar, available flight dates, and remaining places in each class. We recommend confirming the intake as soon as possible.

How does the registration process for the AC Milan Experience Elite 2026 work?

The process is structured in five sequential steps:

  1. Completing the reservation form will be sent by the Be Easy consultant
  2. Receipt of the confirmation email and payment of a deposit to guarantee the vacancy
  3. Submission of additional documentation requested after confirmation
  4. Payment of the remaining balance Until May 29, 2026
  5. Preparation and boarding For summer in Milan

Each stage has a clear deadline. Failure to pay the balance by May 29 may result in the loss of the vacancy.

What documents are required for enrollment?

The required documentation includes the standard items for international summer programs:

  • Valid athlete passport valid for at least six months after the return date
  • Medical form filled out by those responsible
  • Proof of English level (no formal certificate required; a parent's statement is accepted for most cases)
  • Travel authorization signed by legal guardians when a young person travels unaccompanied
  • International travel and health insurance

For young people traveling alone, parents should also check the entry requirements for unaccompanied minors to Italy, which may vary depending on the country of origin.

Is a visa required to participate in the program?

For most countries outside the Schengen area, yes. The program lasts one or two weeks, which generally falls under a short-term tourist visa (Schengen), which is simpler to obtain than a student visa.

The main points of attention are:

  • Apply for a visa at least 30 to 45 days in advance of the travel date
  • Submit the program confirmation letter as part of the documentation to the consulate
  • Check if the country of origin has a visa-free agreement with the Schengen area

Be Easy advises families on specific visa requirements depending on the athlete's country of residence. For wider context on sports exchanges, see our page about sports exchange.

What is included in the registration and what is paid separately?

The program includes:

  • Over 30 hours of training per week with the official Milan Academy coaches
  • Official AC Milan kit (shirt, shorts, socks and backpack)
  • Certificate of performance at the end of the program
  • Video recordings of the individual sessions
  • Special tours (Casa Milan Museum, Milan Sightseeing, Lake Como)
  • Accommodation at the 4-star Quark Hotel, with night supervision at the rate of 1 adult for every 6 students, and 3 balanced daily meals (in residential mode)

Not included in the main package:

  • Airport transfer (additional service available: Malpensa, Bergamo and Linate)
  • Extra nights before or after the program
  • Airline tickets and travel insurance

Be Easy assists families with complete logistical planning, including purchasing tickets and taking out appropriate insurance.

What are the most important deadlines not to miss?

Attention to the critical milestones in the enrollment calendar:

  • As soon as possible: Reservation of the desired intake with a deposit
  • After confirmation: sending the additional documentation within the deadline indicated in the confirmation email
  • Until May 29, 2026: payment of the remaining balance to permanently guarantee the vacancy
  • 30 to 45 days in advance: Schengen visa application (where applicable)
  • Weeks before: organization of tickets, insurance and travel documentation

The period between January and March usually concentrates the highest demand for registrations. Families waiting until April find fewer intake options and times available.
